Thank you for choosing Puffshub.com. Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering experience.


Reporting Damaged or Missing Items

You must report any broken or missing items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue:

  1. Take clear photos of all damaged items.
  2. Email the images to: info@puffshub.com
  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Important: If these steps are not followed, we will not issue replacements or refunds. No exceptions.


General Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted unless merchandise is damaged or defective.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us.
  • All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund — this includes items like:
    • Quick Fix, Clean Stream, Field Kits
    • Capsules, powders, liquids, etc.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.


Reporting Damaged Deliveries

Upon receiving your order:

  • Inspect the package immediately. If visibly damaged, have the driver note the damage on the delivery slip.
  • Take photos before opening if the package appears crushed, torn, or exposed.

Required Photos for Claims:

  1. Items as received inside the box.
  2. Damaged item removed from box.
  3. Packaging materials used (e.g. bubble wrap).
  4. Close-up of shipping label with tracking number.
  5. One photo showing the top and 2 sides.
  6. One photo showing the bottom and opposite sides.

Please allow 5 business days for processing refunds or replacements.


Shipping Policy

  • Orders typically ship within 5 business days.
  • Orders over $3500 qualify for free ground shipping within the continental U.S.
    • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and select products.

Expedited Shipping

  • Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM PST for same-day expedited shipping.
  • Expedited shipping does not move on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timelines Example:

  • Next Day (Friday) → Delivery Monday
  • 2nd Day (Friday) → Delivery Tuesday
  • 3rd Day (Friday) → Delivery Wednesday

Free Shipping Exclusions

  • Certain products (e.g., lighters, butane) are excluded from free shipping minimums. These will be clearly marked on product pages.

Hazmat Shipping Fees

Items such as lighters and butane require special shipping:

  • $49.00 hazmat fee for contiguous U.S.
  • $120.00 hazmat fee for Alaska and Hawaii.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Residential deliveries via LTL
  • Large pallet shipments
  • Non-continental U.S. destinations

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • All cancelled or quantity-adjusted orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Applies to all order types, including email, DocuSign, or verbal agreements.
  • For returned orders due to incorrect address or refusal, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Address Corrections

If an address is submitted incorrectly, you will be charged a $25 fee for re-shipment or correction. Changing addresses in transit may delay delivery.
